Grow In The Love Of Jesus

As followers of Jesus we know that we are to continue to grow in faith and in the love of Jesus. Growing is a continuous and ongoing process in the life of every believer. At Covenant Church we seek to help everyone to grow in their faith, grow in their love of Jesus and grow in their love of others. We have a number of groups and ways that you can continue to grow, no matter where you are in your faith journey. Below you can find a few ways you can grow as a believer.

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." (Colossians 2:6-7)

Children's Ministry

We make it possible for kids to know the love of Jesus, grow in the love of Jesus, and show the love of Jesus through our children's ministry.

Sunday School: Each Sunday morning at 8:45 the kids gather to learn a Bible story and what it means for them, with videos, crafts, activities, music, and games.
Children's Church: We love having kids in worship but some kids like to leave during the teaching time and take part in a special time of learning designed just for kids.
Kid's Ministry: Each Sunday afternoon at 6:00 pm during the school year the kids come together for learning and fun.
Special Activities: Throughout the year we have special activities for kids including Vacation Bible School, outings and Summer Camp.
Nursery: We have a nursery for kids who are infants through kindergarten during all worship services and Sunday school times.

Youth Ministry

The teen years are fun, exciting, and sometimes challenging. Covenant's Youth Ministry is designed to help young people to grow in faith, enjoy the richness of life, and navigate the challenges of becoming an adult.

Covenant Youth: Our young people (grades 6-12) meet every Sunday for fun, fellowship, and Bible study. (Middle school group begins at 6:00 and Highschool begins at 6:00 each Sunday evening.)
Special Activities: Throughout the year the youth go on outings and have special activities designed just for them and their friends.
Mission: Each summer the youth go on a mission trip to help others, grow in their faith and have lots of fun.

Adult Ministry

We encourage every adult to be intentional about their spiritual growth. We have numerous opportunities to be part of long-term or short-term studies that are focused on Scripture but practical in their application.

Sunday School: We currently have four adults Sunday School classes that engage in long-term studies beginning at 8:45 on Sunday mornings.
Women's Bible Study: Three to four times a year we offer short-term studies just for women that cover various topics.
Men's Prayer Breakfast: A group of men gather each Saturday morning at 8:00 to eat, pray and study the Bible together. The group is always open to new people.
Wednesday Bible Study: During much of the year we have an adult Bible study that looks closely at a passage of scripture and considers what it means for our daily lives. The same topic or text is covered at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
