Get ready to mark your calendars because the next concert in our Concert Series is just around the corner! On March 17 at 5:00 p.m., we'll be graced with the incredible talents of Leslie Allnatt Mallory, Jason Mallory, and Teddy Mallory, who will be here to serenade us with their mesmerizing voices.
Leslie is a native of Louisville, growing up in school and church choirs, and is an alumna of Youth Performing Arts School and the Louisville Youth Choir. She has received degrees in in music from Morehead State University, University of Louisville, and the University of Iowa.
She has performed in oratorios such as Handel’s Messiah, and Dubois’ Seven Last Words, and has had roles in operas, notably Barbarina and the Marriage of Figaro, and Mrs. Gleaton in Susanna. She teaches at Lindenwood University and Webster University and is currently the Interm Director of Vocal Studies at The University of Missouri – St. Louis.
She will be joined by her husband Jason and son Teddy. Jason is a certified Vocologist and is the Director of Vocal Studies at Missouri Baptist University. Teddy has performed in in Junior productions of The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and School House Rock Live, Jr.
Like our previous concerts, this promises to be an unforgettable experience, with a diverse program featuring classics, sacred melodies, and pop hits. Or, as they describe it, a fusion of opera, sacred music, and music theatre that will uplift your spirits and captivate your hearts.
